Websites that stay fast and safe

Website maintenance and care plans for Kenyan businesses: updates, backups, security and support, so your website keeps working while you run the business.

01Why it matters

A website is like a car: it needs regular servicing.

WordPress, its plugins and its theme release updates all the time, many of them security fixes. Websites that miss them are the ones that get hacked, redirect visitors to spam or get flagged by Google, usually at the worst possible moment.

A care plan does the dull, important work every week: updates, backups stored away from your hosting, uptime monitoring and a check that your forms and payments still work. If something does break, a clean backup means hours of disruption, not weeks.

If your website collects personal details and a breach puts people at risk, Kenya’s Data Protection Act requires you to notify the Data Commissioner within 72 hours. Prevention is far cheaper. Read what website maintenance costs in Kenya for the full picture.

03What a care plan prevents

Small fixes, big savings

The problems we see most often on websites nobody looks after.

Hacked websitesOut-of-date plugins are the most common way in.
Spam redirectsVisitors sent to gambling or scam sites, and Google warnings.
Broken formsEnquiries that never arrive, often for weeks.
Expired SSL or domainA “not secure” warning, or no website at all.
Slow pagesVisitors leave before the page loads on a phone.
No clean backupA small problem turns into a full rebuild.

04Process

How a care plan works

From the first check to a routine you never have to think about.

  1. Health check

We review your site, hosting, plugins and backups before we start.

  2. Fix the basics

Out-of-date software, weak logins and missing backups sorted first.

  3. Backups & monitoring

Off-site backups and uptime checks switched on.

  4. Regular updates

Updates applied safely, with the site checked afterwards.

  5. Your requests

Content changes handled by email or phone, by plan.

A regular report on what we did and anything to watch.

Ask on WhatsApp

How much does website maintenance cost in Kenya?

Our care plans are KSh 3,500, KSh 7,500 and KSh 12,500 a month. Across Kenya, maintenance usually costs roughly KSh 3,000–6,000 a month for a small brochure site and KSh 10,000–20,000 or more for online shops and busy sites.

Do you look after websites you did not build?

Yes, after a health check. We review the site first and tell you if anything needs fixing before a plan starts.

What happens if my website is hacked?

We clean it or restore a clean backup, update everything and close the hole that let the attacker in. Premium care includes emergency response.

Which plan do I need?

Basic suits a small brochure site with few changes. Professional suits a site that brings in enquiries and needs regular updates. Premium suits online shops and busy sites.

Are hosting and the domain included?

They are separate from the care plan. If you need hosting or a domain as well, ask us and we will include them in your quote.
