01The concept
Golden Crust Bakery is a fictional business we created to show how we approach bakery and food brands: a neighbourhood patisserie by Lake Victoria that also supplies hotels and offices.
02The brief
Create a brand that feels warm and generous for walk-in customers and premium enough for celebration cakes, hotels and corporate orders, with packaging people keep.
03What we built
A logo like the morning sun
A golden loaf rising like the sun over the lake, in midnight, gold and terracotta, with Playfair Display and Poppins type.
Luxury packaging
Soft-touch midnight gift boxes with gold foil and satin ribbon, cream carrier bags and printed sourdough bands.
A voice that sells
Short, warm lines for posters, cake orders and bread bags, plus photo rules for the team.
Brand guidelines
Logo use, colour codes for print, packaging templates and social media in one brand book.
