A neighbourhood bakery by Lake Victoria: sourdough, mandazi, cakes for every celebration and coffee to go. The brand needed to feel warm and generous, yet smart enough for the hotels and offices it supplies.

The mark is a golden loaf with three score cuts, drawn like the sun rising over the lake, sitting on a terracotta baking line. It works as a stamp on a paper bag, an icon on a cup and a sign above the door.
Deep midnight blue is the colour of the bakery at 4am, when the ovens go on. Golden yellow and terracotta come from the crust and the clay oven, with a soft cream for paper and walls.
Playfair Display ExtraBold for headings, packaging names and signs. Its classic serif feels like a traditional bakery with a modern edge.
Poppins Regular for menus, labels, prices and everything people read up close.
Soft-touch midnight boxes, gold foil, satin ribbon and heavy cream paper: packaging that turns a birthday cake into a gift and makes a sourdough loaf feel like an occasion. Every piece follows one grid, one foil colour and one type system.

Photos show the people and the ovens behind the bread: flour on hands, steam, trays straight out of the oven. Bright daylight and true colours, never staged stock images.
Friendly, proud of the craft, a little playful. Short sentences, local and warm.
