01The concept
Nyota Acres is a fictional business we created to show how we approach real estate: a gated development of 1/8 acre plots in Kitengela with water, power, title deeds and an option to build a home. Nyota means “star” in Kiswahili.
02The brief
Earn the trust of first-time land buyers and the diaspora: show the full price of every plot, make the payment plan easy to work out, put title questions first and fill the Saturday site-visit shuttle.
03What we built
A solid, hopeful brand
A gold star over open land, deep teal, savanna gold and clay colours, and Sora with Lato type, set out in brand guidelines.
Prices with nothing hidden
Inner, corner and plot-plus-home options with the full price and the monthly payment side by side.
A live payment calculator
Choose the plot, deposit and months, and see the monthly M-Pesa payment change as you slide.
Trust for big decisions
Title deed answers, free site visits, video tours for the diaspora and a clear policy on missed payments.
