Concept project: a fictional hotel designed by USBIT Solutions to show what we build for hospitality.
Bright hotel bedroom with an olive tree and a view of Table Mountain

Nine quiet rooms under Table Mountain

A restored Victorian house in Tamboerskloof, a short walk from Kloof Street’s cafés and ten minutes from the V&A Waterfront.

This is a concept website, so no booking was made. On a real hotel site this checks live availability and takes a secure card payment.

Welcome

Oliveen is a small house with big windows: nine rooms, a sunny breakfast terrace and a host who knows the best table on Kloof Street.

Built in 1898 and restored with local craftspeople, the house keeps its pressed ceilings and sash windows and adds calm, modern comfort: proper beds, fast Wi-Fi, quiet air-conditioning and a backup battery for load-shedding.
