The farm

Grown by the family, picked by hand

Mzee Mwangi planted the first bushes under the old mukuyu tree in 1968. Today his granddaughter runs the roastery, and every cherry is still picked by hand at peak ripeness.

  • Shade-grown under indigenous trees
  • Washed and sun-dried on raised beds
  • Pickers paid above the county rate
  • Traceable to the farm block on every bag
Farm visits

Spend a morning on the farm

Walk the rows, pick and pulp cherries, then taste three coffees in the roastery. Visits run daily at 9am and 2pm, KSh 2,500 per person including a bag to take home.
